The whole pipeline is included on the free plan: upload, culling, the RAW editor, retouch, client galleries, downloads. The paid tiers buy storage and nothing else.

Going over the storage limit never deletes anything. Existing photos and galleries stay exactly where they are; new uploads just wait until you make room or upgrade. Moving between paid tiers is one click on your Account page.

Questions

Is the free plan actually free?

Yes. No card, no trial clock, no commission on sales. 10 GB is roughly two hundred full-resolution RAW files or a season of delivered JPEG galleries.

What happens if I cancel a paid plan?

The account drops back to the free plan. Nothing is deleted. Over 10 GB, new uploads wait until the account is back under the limit or upgraded again.

Do my clients pay anything?

No. Galleries, favorites and downloads are free for your clients on both plans.

Do I need Lightroom?

No. The editor is built in. RAW develop, tone curves, HSL, healing and portrait retouch run in the browser on the photos already uploaded. See the editor.
